I just bought a download, where is it??
Downloads will usually be dispatched via return email within 1 working day.
Do you accept demos?
Yes, but preferably email us beforehand with a link to your music. If we like it we'll be in touch, if it's not for us don't be offended!
My stuff hasn't arrived, where is it??
Please allow 2-3 working weeks for international orders (ie: outside UK) although generally they should be with you within 2. Within the UK please allow 1 working week. If it's after that and they still don't show let us know and we will chase it up.
Can I buy tapes/vinyl/cds wholesale to sell in my shop?
Yes! Email caff.flick@gmail.com and we'll sort you out.
Can I buy a download of something that's sold out?
Sometimes, depending on what it is - email us if in doubt.
